With our programs, you can expect to achieve the results you desire under careful guidance and support. Our approach is different - not only do we come to you, but we personalize every plan just to you.
We have found that through personalizing your fitness experience to your goals, wants, and needs, true progress can be made while also having fun during the process. Sessions can range from one-on-one individual sessions to one-on-one packages and even group training, if preferred.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Home Fitness To You has the ability to cater to just about anyone. Exclusions may include, but are not limited to, doctors orders and any issue requiring intensive physical therapy beforehand.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM COMMITMENT YOU REQUIRE/SUGGEST?
Your health and fitness transformation is a long term process. For this reason, we recommend 3 sessions a week for 90 days. However, plans are flexible and personalized to your needs.
HOW FAR IN SOUTH FLORIDA ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Distances are not set. However, we typically stay within a 30 mile radius outside of Broward County.
WHAT IS THE MONETARY COMMITMENT?
This differs based on what plan you choose and where exactly you’re located. We recommend an in-home consultation before we quote you on your investment.
DO I NEED TO HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT?
Nope! We provide anything and everything we might need for our sessions. We, however, are glad to use any equipment you might have, and love to use, in our sessions as well.
WHERE IN MY HOUSE WILL WE TRAIN?
The space used will vary depending on where you are most comfortable, including: your yard, garage, living room, etc.
WILL YOU ALSO HELP ME WITH NUTRITION?
We use an InBody scanner to give you a baseline on your starting point in training. We then work directly with local health/wellness professionals in South Florida to recommend nutrition plans based on your needs.
